Team notes is back after a brief break and there has been a lot of movement in the tiers over the past two weeks. Some teams who got off to a rocky start have righted the ship while others have started to struggle. Now, in the heart of the season, we can see which rosters are deeper and more versatile compared to those who lack reserve talent.
In the latest edition of “Team Notes” we are updating this season’s NFL Betting Tier List. It will function similarly to the traditional “Power Rankings” concept and will group teams based on how dangerous they are and how confident we would feel betting on them in any individual game. The changes from last week are the result of the latest news surrounding each team.

- The Cardinals and Rams have established themselves as the most dominant teams in the league
- The Ravens have bounced back from a rough start.
- The Cowboys’ defense is now playing well enough for the team to succeed.
- The Raiders are for real, but it remains to be seen how productive they can be without Gruden.
- The Browns have played very well, but they have so many injuries, it will be difficult for them to overcome.
- The Titans have turned their season around, but their injuries at corner will be a challenge.
- There’s really no hope for the F-Tier teams.
